Our research centre and other R&D facilities bring together more than 40 passionate employees with expertise in various areas. Our main research centre is located at our head office in Mumbai.

The main focus of our R&D team is to understand the taste, flavour, and quality of mechanism by which innovative products can be delivered in a pleasant consumer experience. In addition, we focus on research in the area of making cooking simpler through the use of our products.

In India, we have invested in local R&D facilities and designed local recipes specifically tailored for Indian tastes. Some of our marquee products are Ching’s Secret Schezwan Chutney, Instant Soups, Chinese Masalas, Chinese Sauces, Hakka Noodles, Instant Flavoured Noodles and Smith & Jones Ketchup, Pasta Masala, Paneer Masala, and Ginger-Garlic Paste.
